A doctor looks after a two-year old girl in an ambulance in Soemmeroda, eastern Germany, 15 December 2006. The girl who is the older sister of a ten-month old baby boy found starved and dehydrogenated to death in his mother's apartment, suffers from dehydrogenation and was taken to an hospital.
