British police arrested Tuesday a second suspect over the murder of five prostitutes whose naked corpses were dumped around a quiet English town, gripped by fear of a serial killer. The 48-year-old man was arrested in a pre-dawn raid on the edge of the red light district of Ipswich, less than 24 hours after a first suspect, a local supermarket worker, was arrested in a village a few miles away.
