(FILES) This file picture taken 24 October 2006 at a court in Grenoble shows the French and Swiss orchestra conductor Michel Tabachnik, accused of playing a role in the deaths of 16 members of the Solar Temple doomsday cult in 1995, arriving for a second trial. A Grenoble appeals court acquitted 20 December 2006 Tabachnik, leader of the new-age cult The Solar Temple, accused of inciting dozens of followers to carry out murder-suicide pacts in France, Switzerland and Canada. The verdict by the Grenoble court upheld a lower court's ruling in 2001 that also acquitted Tabachnik. AFP PHOTO/FILES/JEAN-PIERRE CLATOT
