Hardliner Yitzhak Skali the founder of the wildcat Jewish settlement of Givat Skali, east of the West Bank Palestinian town of Nablus, reads a prayer book after lighting the seventh Hanukah candle of the eight day Jewish holiday at his home 21 December 2006. This wildcat settlement is one of 100 illegal outposts in the West Bank that a parliamentary commission which was created in May will oversee its dismantlement.
