Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe gestures to reporters upon arriving at his official residence in Tokyo, 28 December 2006. Abe's cabinet's state minister Genichiro Sata resigned from his position for allegations that his supporters received government funds for the upkeep of a fictitious office 27 December 2006.
