Moroccan Mounir El Motassadeq awaits his sentencing hearing for his role in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States at a court in Hamburg 08 January 2007. Motassadeq, 32, was convicted in November as an accessory to murder in the suicide attacks on New York and Washington and belonging to a terrorist organisation. He faces up to 15 years in jail.
