Skilling turned himself in to the FBI 19 February 2004, and was expected to be indicted later in the day for fraud and conspiracy relating to the failed energy giant-s accounting irregularities, CNBC television reported. Skilling, 50, is likely to be indicted for fraud and conspiracy, as was former Enron chief accounting officer Richard Causey last month in Houston, Texas, several US newspapers reported.
