This handout picture released by Spanish police 09 January 2007 shows Garikoitz Echeberria, one of two suspected members of the Basque extremist group ETA who were arrested today in the French Basque country. Spanish television Telecinco identified the second man as Garikoitz Echeberria, a known ETA member who was not however wanted by police in connection with the Basque movement's campaign. The two men were nabbed at dawn Tuesday near the village of Ascain in the Pyrenees region during a joint operation by French and Spanish police, said the Spanish interior ministry in a statement.
