(FILES) A picture taken 21 November 2003 shows Peter sitting wounded on his bed in the district hospital in the northern Uganda town of Lira. Peter has been wounded with machetes during a raid of the LRA rebels in the Lira district. Suspected rebels of the LRA have massacred civilians at a refugee camp in northern Uganda, army and church sources said 22 February 2004, with one missionary putting the death toll at 173.
