European Science and Research Commissioner Janez Potocnik (R) speaks with Director Institute of Plasma Research (IPR) P.K. Kaw as they tour the institute in Gandhinagar, 09 February 2007. The IPR is India's premier institute which is part of world's most ambitious nuclear fusion power project, International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).
