Ethnic Albanians watch across the river a protest rally held by Kosovo Serbs 09 February 2007 in the northen part of ethnicaly divided town of Mitrovica, a Serbian province under UN administration. Several thousand Kosovo Serbs gathered to express their dissatisfaction with the plan presented last week by UN special envoy for Kosovo Martti Ahtisaari.
