(FILES) - Photo taken 08 February 2007 of French chef Yannick Alleno posing in the restaurant of the Hotel Meurice in Paris. Five French chefs were awarded three Michelin stars 21 February 2001 : Yannick Alleno of Le Meurice; Frederic Anton of Le Pre Catelan; Pascal Barbot of L'Astrance, all in Paris; Anne-Sophie Pic of La Maison Pic in Valence and Jacques Lameloise of Chagny in Saone-et-Loire. The Michelin guide, which is set to go on sale on 26 February 2007, counts 65 two-star establishments, including seven newcomers, and 436 one-star wonders, including 50 new arrivals to the list.
