US-CALLE OCHO-FESTIVAL-SHOOTING
A man suspected of being involved in a shooting is temporarily detained by police on 8th street in Miami, Florida during the "Calle Ocho Festival" 11 March 2007. Hundreds of thousands of people partcipated in the 23 block long street party billed as the nation's largest street festival. The man was not charged in the incident and was promptly released.
