In this handout picture taken 06 March 2007, US Paratroopers from B Company, 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, move out on patrol into the Ghorak Valley of Helmand Province in Southern Afghanistan during "Operation Achilles", Some 4,500 NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) troops backed by some 1,000 Afghan security forces launched their biggest combained operation "Achilles" to crash Taliban militants, their other Islamic allies mainly Al-Qaeda-linked Islamists and drug traffickers in northern part of restive Helmand province where the rebels have massed in the recent months.
