Recent picture of Barry Cooney, landlord of the Golden Lion pub that sits in the centre of Ashton Hayes near Chester, north-west England, poses in front of his pub, taken 01 March 2007. Residents of Ashton Chester are aiming to become the first village in England to become carbon neutral.
