TO GO WITH STORY BY PATRICK FORT
A sound engineer (L) tunes a track in the control room of the newly-launched Independent Radio and Television Network (IRTN), in Buhruz, 25 March 2007. The station was brought back to life from the Saddam era by two Iraqi Sunni and two Shiite who claim they want to make it "the voice of sectarian reconciliation unity and freedom in the central part of Iraq".
