Greenpeace activists protest in front of the nuclear plant under construction site Olkiluoto 04 April 2007 as it exposed earlier this week that there have been safety problems with the manufacturing of all components most crucial to safety. Finnish electricity company Fortum Fortum and electricity producer Teollisuuden Voima (TVO), which owns the world's first pressurised water reactor currently under construction in Olkiluoto in southwestern Finland, had announced the launch of an environmental impact assessment report for a sixth reactor.
