RUSSIA-CHECHNYA-KADYROV-INAUGURATION
Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov is greeted by the guests during a ceremony in the Chechen town of Gudermes 05 April 2007 celebrating his near-total control of the southern Russian province. Kadryov was nominated for the post by President Vladimir Putin after he recently turned 30, the minimum age for holding the post.
