RUSSIA-CHECHNYA-KADYROV-INAUGURATION
A Chechen woman passes by the residence of Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov during a ceremony his inauguration ceremony in the Chechen town of Gudermes 05 April 2007 celebrating his near-total control of the southern Russian province. Kadryov was nominated for the post by President Vladimir Putin after he recently turned 30, the minimum age for holding the post.
