US-ATTACKS-GUANTANAMO

The only Canadian detained at the US "war on terror" camp in Guantanamo Bay has been charged with murder, conspiracy, spying and providing material support for terrorism, the Pentagon said. The US Defense Department said that the charges against Omar Khadr, who was arrested in Afghanistan in 2002 at age 15, had been referred to a military commission and he would be put on trial within four months.
