VENEZUELA-HAITI-PREVAL-ALBA
Haitian President Rene Preval (L), is received by Venezuelan Vice-President Jorge Rodriguez (R) upon his arrival to Vicente Landaeta Gil airport, in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, 28 April 2007. Preval is in Venezuela as special guest to observe the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA) summit as well as Ecuadorean Minister of Foreign Relations, Foreign Trade, & Integration María Fernanda Espinosa. Bolivian President Evo Morales, Cuban Vice-President Carlos Lage, and Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega will assist the event.
