Lebanese Hezbollah militants fix a huge billboard bearing a portrait of Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert with smaller images of a destoyed tank, a helicopter on fire and an Israeli soldier weeping along with a slogan that reads "It's really disgusting", in the southern Lebanese village of Kfar Kila, in front of the Israeli settlement of Metulla, 01 May 2007. An Israeli government commission yesterday accused Olmert of "serious failure" in the Lebanon war but he refused to step down despite the blow to his flagging leadership. Retired judge Eliyahu Winograd, reading from partial findings of an investigation, held Olmert, Defence Minister Amir Peretz and former army chief Dan Halutz principally responsible for the failings of last summer's conflict.
