BELGIUM-EU-MICHEL-NATALI PRIZE 2006
Malaysian journaliste Leu Siew Ying (L) receives the 1st Lorenzo Natali Prize 2006 from European commission Development and Humanitarian Aid Louis Michel (R) at the EU Headquarters in Brussels, 03 May 2007. Leu Siew Ying received the prize for a story she wrote on a bid by residents of a village in Guangzhou, China, to recall their elected headman suspected of corruption in mid 2005.
