Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair leaves 10 Downing Street in London, 09 May 2007, as he prepares to address Prime Ministers Questions in the House of Commons. Tony Blair's expected announcement Thursday to resign as British prime minister after 10 years will trigger an internal leadership election in the governing Labour Party to determine his successor.
