NETHERLANDS-WHALE
A humpback whale is seen 12 May 2007 close to the coast at Den Helder in the Netherlands. Humpback whales are very rare in North Sea waters with five only seen in the area since 2003, some of them dead. Before that, none were observed at this spot in 200 years.
