Defence lawyers Rosario Also Perez Villanueva (L) and Gaby Ange Mindana attend Mariusz O.'s trial at Brussel's Youth court 04 June 2007. The Youth Tribunal of Brussels took the decision that Mariusz O. , will not go in front of the Assise Court but still will be judged by the Youth Judge. Mariusz O.,is the second suspect (after Adam G.) in the killing of Belgian teenager Joe Van Holsbeeck for his MP3 on 12 April 2006.
