TURKEY-NETHERLANDS-OYAK-ING
The chairman of Dutch banking and insurance group ING, Michel Tilmant (R), and the chief executive of the ninth-biggest Turkish bank, Oyak, Serif Coskun, give a news conference in Istanbul 20 June 2007. ING announced 19 June 2007 it was buying Oyak 2.673 billion US dollars (1.99 billion euros). Oyak Bank is owned by industrial group OYAK which represents the army pension fund.
