NICARAGUA-VENEZUELA-BANKING-BANDES
Nicaragua's President Daniel Ortega (R) and director of the Economic Development Social Bank of Venezuela (BANDES) Rafael Isea (2nd-R) greet a woman and his partner after presenting them with a check loan during the inauguration of the fist branch to be opened in Nicaragua, in Managua, 21 June 2007. According reports, BANDES branches -which are opened in line with the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA)- are to operate with an initial capital of 20 million USD.
