Ehud Barak arrives for his first weekly cabinet meeting as Israeli Defense Minister in Jerusalem, 24 June 2007. The Israeli cabinet today approved in principle the release of hundreds of millions of dollars in tax receipts owed to the Palestinians, ahead of a Middle East summit in Egypt, an official said.
