Flanked by bodyguards, Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi clinches his fists in victory as he is driven in a car on his way to deliver a speech in front of a large crowd in a soccer stadium in the Guinean capital, Conakry, 25 June 2007. Kadhafi condemned Monday the working of the African Union and called for the creation of a "United States of Africa" at the forthcoming AU summit in Ghana.He lamented the fact that "in Africa we have not been able to create a government of union (nor) any instrument of union to bring about our aim.
