(FILES) -- A file photo taken 11 February 2005 shows contemporary witness Paul Rusesabagina giving a press conference at the International Berlin Film Festival Berlinale where he presents his film "Hotel Rwanda". The UN war crimes court for Rwanda 29 June 2007 dismissed as hearsay accusations by the real-life hero of the film "Hotel Rwanda" against the country's ruling party. Paul Rusesabagina accused President Paul Kagame's Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) party -- a former rebel group -- last November of commiting crimes during the 1994 Rwanda genocide which claimed some 800,000 lives within a span of 100 days.
