ALBANIA-VOTE-PRESIDENT-BERISHA
Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha speaks to the media following the first round of presidential elections in Tirana, late 08 July 2007. Neither of the candidates reached the required number of 84 votes. The election for a new head of state to replace current President Alfred Moisiu, whose mandate ends on July 24, has already been postponed several times amid partisan bickering.
