A view of a 20-storey hotel being built after activists of the environmental organization painted "Illegal" on the facade of the building 12 July 2007, on the El Algarrobico beach in Carborneras. The Greenpeace's Rainbow Warrior vessel is patrolling on Spain's Mediterranean coast to study the coastline amid warnings over diminishing red tuna stocks. The environmental group said 09 July in a statement "We cannot continue with the destruction of the Mediterranean's ecosystems, overfishing and the systematic concreting over of the coastline".
