French president Nicolas Sarkozy chats with German Chancellor Angela Merkel at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport as they arrive to open an informal summit in the southwest city of Toulouse, where Airbus is headquartered, 16 July 2007. Sarkozy and Merkel are followed by German co-chief executive of European aerospace group EADS Thomas Enders (L), French Foreign minister Bernard Kouchner (C), French Finance minister Christine Lagarde (2nd R), and French Airbus chief executive Louis Gallois.
