ICOAST-DRIVERS-LICENSE-PROTEST
Youths protest in front of the Transport Ministry in Abidjan 16 July 2007 against the issuing of new driver's licenses in Abidjan. The new, more secure licenses, made by an Israeli firm called StarTen Ltd, cost 350,000 CFA francs (534 euros) and a renewal is at 75,000 CFA francs (114 euros).
