(FILES) Photo shows Giuseppe Gibilisco of Italy celebrating after winning gold in the men's pole vault final 28 August 2003 during the 9th IAAF World Athletics Championships at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, outside Paris. Former world champion pole vaulter Gibilisco was banned for two years by the Italian Athletics Federation (FIDAL) on Wednesday for his involvement in a doping scandal.
