SPAIN -BARCELONA-FIRE ELECTRIC SUBSTATIONS
People buy fresh fish in a fish-store in the Mercat d'Gracia after a power cut which affected all the city of Barcelona, 23 July 2007. The power cut caused chaos in the traffic, hospitals, shops, enterprises and residences. The incident happened after a fire in two different electric substations. AFP PHOTO/CESAR RANGEL
