Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade (R) welcomes his French counterpart Nicolas Sarkozy 26 July 2007 in the capital Dakar at the start of his official visit to Senegal. Sarkozy arrived in Senegal 26 July 2007 on a trip aimed at spelling out a new policy for France's relations with Africa that would exorcise "old demons."
