FILES - Picture taken 31May 2005 shows an employee of German semi-conductors giant Infineon holding a 300-millimeter wafer in the plant in Dresden. Wolfgang Ziebart, chairman of Infineon reported 27 July 2007 that infineon had no plans to sell its entire stake in loss making subsidiary Qimonda to a single buyer.
