Democratic Presidential candidate and US Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts reacts to a question from a group of ninth graders from Quincy, IL 13 March, 2004 in the legendary park of Lincoln-Douglas debates back in 1858. Kerry delivered a speech about the serious questions America faces in 2004, and the need for real answers that will put America back on track, calling on President George W.
