French president Nicolas Sarkozy (R) attends, 10 august 2007, at the Notre-Dame Cathedral, in Paris, the funerals mass of Cardinal Jean-Marie Lustiger, the retired archbishop of Paris who died late 05 August, aged 80. Lustiger was born a Jew but converted during the Nazi occupation of France in World War II, and went on to become a gifted communicator for Catholicism.
