RUSSIA-VOTE-PUTIN
Russian President Vladimir Putin speaks to journalists from his campaign headquarters near the Kremlin, early 15 March 2004 in Moscow. Putin stormed to a crushing reelection victory today in a vote that lacked drama but confirmed Russians- desire for post-Soviet stability that they see embodied in the former KGB spy.
