BRITAIN-POLICE-SHOOTING
A teddy bear dressed in an Everton football club shirt is pictured amongst floral tributes to murdered 11 year-old Rhys Jones outside the Fir Tree public house in Liverpool, in north-west England, 24 August 2007. Jones was shot in the back of the neck late Wednesday. According to unconfirmed British media reports, the boy was playing football with two friends when he was shot by a teenager, who was riding past on a bicycle. AFP PHOTO/PAUL ELLIS
