TO GO WITH AFP STORY USA-Iraq-museum-curiosity
A former (R) and current US Marines look at a captured Al-Qaeda banner on display 13 September 2007 at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia. On 10 November 2004, the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, captured the banner during Operation Al Fajr in Fallujah, Iraq. It was found in a safe house used by the al Qaeda/al-Zarqawi terrorist network in several insurgent videos. AFP PHOTO/PAUL J. RICHARDS
