Lee Little, CEO of the Bar-Z Company, shows the new interactive "GPS Ranger" 11 September 2007 in Death Valley, California. The handheld GPS Ranger operates as a tour guide, even in the dreamlike landscape of Death Valley, the lowest point of the United States at 86 metres below sea level. The device is ideal for visits to historic sites, monuments, national parks, cruise lines, and zoos, providing content ranging from movie/audio clips to lines of text to be displayed when the user encounters certain geographical coordinates.
