Former Mayor of New York and Republican Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani takes questions from Celia Sandys, (not seen) granddaughter of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, during a visit to London, 19 September 2007. Earlier, Giuliani hailed the "enduring friendship" between the United States and Britain Wednesday, while also welcoming new more pro-US leaders in Germany and France.
