CHILE-PERU-FUJIMORI-EXTRADITION
(FILE) Picture taken in October 1998 of then Peruvian president Alberto Fujimori after falling into the water while he was trying to cross the Cenepa river in the northern jungle of Peru, near the border with Ecuador. Chile's high court ruling on Peru's request to extradite ex-leader Alberto Fujimori on human rights abuse charges, has been delayed and will not come until September 20, 2007. Fujimori is summoned by Peruvian justice to be investigated of ten corruption crimes and two of human right violations, which concerns the assassination of 25 people by a death squad during his government (1990-2000).AFP PHOTO/STR
