Indian police officials atand alert as delegates que to register outside the entrance hall of The Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) in Hyderabad, 23 September 2007, on the eve of The 58th International Astronautical Congress (IAC). Some 2000 delegates from various international space agencies and astronauts from USA,Europe,Japan,and China are expected to attend The IAC which will be held from 24-28 September in the southern Indian city and has the theme “Touching Humanity:Space for Improving Quality of Life”.
