Netherlands’ cyclist Lars Boom watches the times of the other cyclists before he wins the men's under-23 time-trial during the UCI Road World Championships in Stuttgart 26 September 2007 in the southern German city of Stuttgart. Boom won the event ahead of Russia's Mikhail Ignatiev (2nd) and France's Jerome Coppel (3rd). The UCI Road World Championships is been held from 25 to 30 September 2007 in Stuttgart.
