French EU Commissioner for Transport Jacques Barrot holds a press conference during the Transport, Telecommunication and Energy Council meeting in Luxembourg 02 October 2007. The ministers discussed among other things funding for the troubled multi-billion-euro satellite navigation project Galileo.
